Rooms clean, everything worked. Breakfast had 5-6 options, served quickly. Nearby "Mega-market" cafe had tasty dishes, great cakes. Buses from nearby metro station. Staff extremely helpful, provided extra blanket. Good location. Hotel restaurant tasty, staff attentive. Discounts stores nearby. Leave early for train to beat traffic. Karaoke on certain days.

The room was warm and cozy, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. Despite some minor issues with the facilities, the hotel staff promptly addressed my concerns and provided solutions. The hotel is conveniently located near Aroma coffee shop, which is open 24 hours, making it easy to grab a drink or snack anytime. the hotel is close to a metro station that provides quick access to the city center in just 15 minutes. There is also a supermarket nearby, allowing guests to easily stock up on any necessities. the hotel's proximity to a local market adds a vibrant touch to the surrounding area.
The staff at the hotel's restaurant seemed grumpy at times, which affected the overall morning experience.

The immediate availability of rooms at night and easy check-in process were great perks. the cleanliness of the hotel, including the interiors and furniture, was commendable.
The customer service left much to be desired. The breakfast options were limited and not very tasty, with no option to modify them.

The hotel had really good cleanliness, with super clean rooms and a well-maintained environment. The staff members were knowledgeable and spoke English fluently, providing excellent assistance throughout our stay. The hotel's location was ideal, being very close to the subway and just behind the ATB supermarket. This made it convenient to travel to the city center in just 15 minutes.
